Oxford's Annual SPRING FAIR

Annually on the first Saturday of May

Third Annual Spring Fair is MAY 2, 2026 (Extreme Weather Date MAY 3) Time: 10am - 2pm


APPLICATION DEADLINE: April 1

Acceptance will be confirmed by email as we review applications. Once confirmed the registration fee is non-refundable. Vendor spaces are 12x12in dimension and $60.


  1. VENDOR APPLICATION INFORMATION

PRIMARY Category of goods/crafts to be sold:

Meet Business X, founded in 2000 by a group of friends, they create hand made x,y, and z products. All their ingredients are locally sourced...

Please include 4-5 sample pictures/images of your goods/crafts that exemplify what you will sell at the fair (to be used for advertising). If you have difficulty email them to culturalarts@oxford-ct.gov with the name of your company listed in the subject line.

REGISTRATION FEES & SPACES: $60/space. You may request up to two (2) spaces. Granting two spaces will be at the discretion of the Commission.

Two Spaces ($120)
